LIVER CAKE


1 kg Chicken Livers

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup Mealie Meal

1 Cup Oil


METHOD


  1. Liquidise chicken livers

  2. Mix together all the ingredients

  3. Place on to a baking tray

  4. Bake at 180° for ± 30 minutes

  5. Cool and cut into small squares
